Can Madison County find a compromise on mobile home park?

We get it that neighbors don't want Stone Meadows Mobile Home Park in Madison County to expand. They say the half-empty park is a source of crime and pulls down property values. They fear that if it goes from 80 mobile homes to 284 as developer USA World Partners proposes, the problems will multiply.

Rancho Palms Mobile Home Park residents may get $77,000 for their homes

Lorena Castillo and her family are one of seven remaining households at the Rancho Mirage-owned Rancho Palms Mobile Home Park. The city, which is trying to remove all the residents from the park to redevelop the land, could pay Castillo $77,000 for her home.

Capitola Moves toward Closing Pacific Cove Mobile Home Park
