HUD secretary visits Milwaukee to tout Obama initiatives

U.S. secretary of housing and urban development Shaun Donovan, in remarks at Housing Resources Inc. in Milwaukee, touted a proposal made Tuesday by Obama to make it easier for homeowners who have debt issues as a result of the housing crash that began in 2008 to refinance their home loans, taking advantage of the current low mortgage rates.
